Consulting as a grant writer and trainer has been a natural
outgrowth of my extensive work in the health and human services
field.
Currently, the bulk of my consulting in these areas is
as a grant writer. Since the beginning of the year, I
have
raised more than $1,500,000 for one client alone. I have
successfully written proposals for both human service
providers and artistic
endeavors and to government agencies, private foundations,
and corporations.
As a trainer, I work closely with the agencies that hire
me in order to ensure that I meet their staff members'
needs.
My trainings create a safe
learning environment, build upon participants' existing
expertise, and are engaging as well as immediately practical.
